Turkey is one of the hottest holiday destinations for its sun, amazing beeches and superb local cuisine. Nightlife is also lively, whether its entertainment for clubbers, diners, and families. There are thousands of things to visit and see, but these three are a must whilst in Turkey.

1. Princes’ Islands
Most of the locals in Istanbul call the “Princes’ Islands” simply ‘The Islands’. They are the only islands around the city and lie twenty kilometres southeast in the Sea of Marmara. Get away from the bustling city for a day and head to paradise and tranquillity. After landing, it doesn’t take long to see there are no cars on the islands, adding to the quieter atmosphere than the city. Transportation is either by bicycle or horse drawn carriage, except for the police, fire and sanitation vehicles. Obviously summer is very busy on the islands, especially on weekends, so avoid these days if you can.
2. Necco
Beach club Necco is a new phenomenon in Ku?adas?. During the day you can sip drinks in the sun when it functions as a beach club, then as the sun sinks into the horizon, it transforms into a restaurant at night, finally turning into a superb nightclub-on-sea. Considered THE place to be, Necco is extremely popular with the ‘in’ crowd. You only have to ask any local, and they’ll direct you to the hippest place in town.
3. Ghetto
If live music is your thing for ideal relaxation and entertainment, Ghetto ticks all the right boxes. Ghetto is vast and comprises of three floors. The décor is stunning, and the Flower Passage combines Renaissance-style ceilings with modern hints including an illuminated bar with glowing bottles, adding to the dark ambience. There’s also a musical program, where creative local live acts play and offer great music. Summer is the perfect season for Ghetto as it turns into an open-air restaurant, where you can eat, listens to live music and sip cocktails in the lounge. Perfect to watch the sun go down to the sounds of local live music.

A good starting point but would like to see more on the list such as a trip the Ancient Ephesus, or a sunrise hot air balloon trip over Cappadocia.
